Cinemedic places Mirno’s AI virtual patients onto large touchscreens laid flat – creating a life-sized virtual hospital bed around which learners gather. Teams assess, observe, and intervene directly on the screen, sharing the same physical and clinical experience together.


Cinemedic has been designed to support Inter-professional Clinical Skills training. Whether used alone – or Hybrid with technical task trainers – Cinemedic helps Learners to experience problem-solving together, challenge their observational skills, and refine communication.

Cinemedic is a new and exciting virtual simulation system. To get started, contact the Mirno team using the form at the bottom of this page. From there we can discuss your unique needs, and arrange an online or in-person demo.
In Europe we provide our own hardware design composed of an advanced glass touchscreen, motorised tilting stand, and integrated PC.In the USA a similar system is available from Ideum - a leading manufacturer of specialised hardware.Cinemedic is also compatible with Virtual Anatomy Tables which your institution may already own. Contact Mirno for for more details.
By scanning a QR code in the corner of the Cinemedic system, you may connect tablets or iPads.These devices are used by simulation Facilitators to load virtual patients, manage patient speech, and apply interventions such as medications.
In Maia – Mirno AI Assistant – Educators may select from an expanding number of carefully-curated patient cases developed by Mirno's experienced Medical Advisors. These cases may be remixed and adjusted to make entirely new cases which suit your preferences, or the unique needs of your curriculum.
In Maia and Cinemedic, physiology is projected according to the patient case description using the most powerful AI models available. This physiology trajectory is translated through our proprietary Physiology Engine to ensure that the resulting 3D virtual patient is accurate.All signs and symptoms in Cinemedic are validated by our team of experienced Medical Advisors.
