200 new students at Sahlgrenska Academy begin training with Cinemedic

The purpose of this exciting new course is to train inter-professional collaboration between Nursing and Medical Students. For these students, Cinemedic offers a unique challenge, with visual degradation being a prominent feature of Mirno Virtual Patients.

The course tests the students’ ability to put procedures like ABCDE diagnostic protocols and closed loop communication into practice.

For Mirno, Ian (CPO) and Claes (CCO) were there in-person to observe the start of the training, and to receive feedback from faculty and students.

During this visit it was confirmed that the University will renew its commitment to Cinemedic. We thank our colleagues at GU for their continued support.

Sahlgrenska Academy, the medical school of the University of Gothenburg, has launched another season of training using their two Cinemedic systems from Mirno.
